Yearbook Sept. 1

Task One
Make sure your blog follows these Tips and Pointers

This will help make sure you followed directions and that your blog follows school and district guidelines. Next, fill out the required form stating it complies with the school and district guidelines (and abide by them throughout the year). The form is hard copy, you'll need to get it from your instructor.

Task Two
Check the errors you found in yesterday's document to the Editing and Proof Reading Answers. Create a new post for your blog. How did you do on the Editing and Proofing paper? Are there a certain sort of errors that you missed? If so, is this a weak area for you? How could you improve your editing abilities?

Try proof reading another document (hard copy from your instructor). Turn both back in once completed.

Task Three
Open the slideshow about photography(mirror 1)(mirror2). Blog about it as instructed throughout the slideshow. If the first link doesn't work, try mirror1, if that doesn't work try mirror 2. Mirror 1 may not look like its working, but it actually is, it will download it, and after a minute a little icon on the bottom of your screen will bounce. Click it and a small menu will open, click photocomp.ppt. Try to avoid mirror2 if you can, its a pdf conversion and didn't convert very well.

Task Four
Look but do NOT touch. Find your post-it on the white board, but don't touch it. On your blog, add to your post; what primary position you're currently under and respond with your thoughts. You can disagree with it, but if so, it needs to be polite and professional. Do NOT touch the post-it note. What's up isn't final.

Task Five
Review another yearbook from the white or brown bookcase. What was done well in it? What are ways it could of been improved. Remember, stay positive.
